Corpus Δ1

Measurement and State Change Propagation Layer

Clocks and ledgers record that work happened. None of them record whether it transformed anything.
The divergence is temporal debt, and it is measurable.

The instrument02

One number.
Three thresholds.

A deterministic engine reads three observables of a cycle and returns Γ. Below 0.70 nothing is written. At 0.70 a seal is recorded. At 0.8187 and at 0.95 the seal changes class. Same inputs, same number, on any machine.

The measurement layer
starts here.

Can intentional human transformation be measured with the same rigor as machine energy?

The scientific question of CTP/IP

The canonical reference is detailed by design. Choose a path into Δ1: its definitions, its mechanism, or the evidence behind a claim.

Cryptography / Executable exhibit

Not a random string.
A reproducible commitment.

Select a published conformance vector. The browser computes SHA-256 over its exact byte sequence. Flip one input bit to inspect the difference.

The domain suffix comes last. Hashes are raw bytes; the coherence value is float64 big-endian. These are fixed source fixtures, not an arbitrary-input key derivation tool.

Browser cryptography documentation
Real local hash computation on public test data. No private keys, signatures, chain requests, seals or transactions. A hash match alone does not prove conformance or honest observables.
