Sovereign Human Agency is the starting point. The human declares the intention. CTP/IP, the Causal Time Protocol / Intentional Processing, evaluates coherence and records transformation evidence. Human intention remains non-delegable.

The cycle

A record has to be earned.

The engine evaluates declared observables against an intention. All Five Guardian Gates must pass before a cycle validates. Time spent alone does not create a seal.

THE FIVE GUARDIAN GATES

A rejected cycle does not advance the Proof Counter. This diagram explains the sequence; it does not run the engine or issue a seal.

A system may not claim the passage of time, the creation of value, or the advancement of reality unless an irreversible transformation has occurred under declared intent, measurable energetic cost, and validated coherence. Δ1 · L3994 to 4000

Causal Time

TKDF-256 binds derivation to a causal window and source. Anchoring makes the record inspectable.

Authorship

IntentSig traces to human signing authority. AI may assist; it cannot originate intent on its own authority.

Kinesis

Energy expended across the crossing, committed at the zero boundary: the gate at which a passage commits.

The DAG.

A different kind of ledger. It does not ask when something happened. It asks what caused what.

Sovereign data legacy

No one can take it.
Anyone can check it.

Three inputs from three phases fused into one cryptographic output. Every field constrains every other field. This is not security by policy. It is security by mutual constraint.

Declared Intent

Human-signed intention.

Before the work, a human sovereign agent declares what they intend to do, signs it cryptographically, and locks it before anything begins. Intention must precede action. The architecture rejects retroactive intent at the cryptographic level.

  1. Declared Intent. Human-signed intention. Before the work, a human sovereign agent declares what they intend to do, signs it cryptographically, and locks it before anything begins. Intention must precede action. The architecture rejects retroactive intent at the cryptographic level.
  2. Anchor. Continuity checks. Every insertion into the graph is validated for acyclicity. If adding an edge would create a cycle, the edge is rejected. A transformation cannot depend on its own future completion.
  3. Evidence. Declared observables. While the work is performed, the system measures three variables continuously: energy, the alignment between declared intent and actual trajectory, and attention. This is not metadata. It is measurable effort directed toward a declared objective.
  4. Coherence Measurement. The Γ verdict. After the work, a non participating, deterministic validator with zero stake in the outcome computes the coherence score and issues a binary verdict. Valid or invalid. No appeals, no partial credit.
  5. Deficit. Deficit admission. Failed validations are not deleted. They are logged as cumulative deficit, a record of energy expended without coherent return.
